
Ashlie Fox is a Senior Attorney at J. Gill Law Group with twelve years of litigation experience with most of that time being dedicated to advocating for employee rights. Ashlie is committed to fighting on behalf of employees for their unpaid wages, as well as opposing harassment, discrimination, and retaliation in the employment context. By specializing primarily in class and representative action cases, Ashlie also hopes to help educate employees about their rights under California law.
Before turning her focus to her employment practice, Ashlie began her legal career practicing real estate law. While gaining valuable litigation experience by assisting in mediations, appeals, and trial, Ashlie helped homeowners and renters stay in their homes.
Ashlie graduated from Pepperdine University School of Law, earning an Excellence in Legal Research & Writing Award, as well as the Straus Institute Certificate in Dispute Resolution. Prior to that, Ashlie obtained her M.A. in Educational Psychology from California State University, Northridge, where she graduated with distinction and was awarded a Graduate Seminar Fellowship.
Ashlie loves spending time with her friends and family. She enjoys music, snowboarding, and traveling.
