Biography

Cristian Garcia is an Associate Attorney at J. Gill Law Group, P.C. where he focuses on labor and employment law litigation. Mr. Garcia earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of Southern California, and received his J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles.

Mr. Garcia developed a broad legal background through his work as a clinical student and with prominent public interest organizations. Mr. Garcia’s desire to advocate for employees solidified during his time as a clinical student in Loyola Law School’s Employee Rights Clinic, where he investigated, mediated, and recommended outcomes for employment retaliation claims filed with the California Division of Labor Standards Enforcement. His experience includes supporting litigation efforts, client outreach, and advocating for clients on matters including employee rights, civil liberties, and immigration law.

Outside of work, Mr. Garcia enjoys eating, watching sports, and spending time with his friends and family.
