William Denis is an employment attorney handling wage and hour, overtime, discrimination, worker misclassification and PAGA claims. Licensed in California, New York and Alaska.


William is a dedicated attorney focusing on employment law matters, including various types of wage and hour claims, overtime violations, discrimination, worker misclassification, and minimum wage violations brought on an individual, class or representative PAGA basis.
William began his legal career in California, where he gained significant experience in civil and family law, including extensive hearing and motion practice. This experience helped him develop strong advocacy and communication skills in working with both courts and clients.
William later moved to New York City, where he worked exclusively on employment law matters, including federal class action litigation. During that time, he also volunteered with the New York Legal Assistance Group’s Pro Se Clinic for the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
William returned to California during the COVID-19 pandemic and continued his work in civil litigation. He is licensed to practice law in California, New York, and Alaska.
William now brings more than a decade of knowledge, experience and expertise to the J. Gill Law Group in his continued effort to help individuals get what they are owed and what they have worked for.
